Peace for Our Times

Peace for Our Times

 with Resident Teacher Donna Cordeiro

(in-person and livestream)

In these classes, Resident Teacher Donna Cordeiro will teach us how to use the power of meditation to make our greatest contribution to peace in the world and bring a positive influence to those around us. Each class consists of guided meditations and a teaching on how we can use Buddhist principles and practice to establish harmony within ourselves and in our world.

In these classes we will be exploring teachings from the book, The New Meditation Handbook, written by the renowned Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

As each class is self-contained, feel free to drop-in to any class in the series. No need to bring anything or wear special clothing. Everyone welcome!
