When we strengthen our ability to connect to goodness, our view of the world and the people in it become more positive. This workshop taught by Donna Cordeiro will explain the ways in which we can shift our worldview so that we can have a heartfelt experience of the goodness that abounds in our world. This workshop includes a teaching, guided meditation, and time for questions. Everyone is welcome, no prior experience necessary.
Pre-registration is required for both the IN-PERSON and Zoom class.
