Join teacher Rochelle Sokoll as we journey down the path that leads to fulfilling your mind's true potential. Classes include a teaching and guided meditation. No prior experience necessary. This is a virtual class only.

Rochelle has been a part of the Serlingpa community, both as a student and as a teacher, for many years. She is happy to have the opportunity to share Buddhist teachings and meditations that are beneficial & easily integrated into every day life.

Rochelle is well known for her good heart, good humor and clear, practical teachings.
