Meditation gives rise to peace of mind, and when your mind is peaceful, you are happy. This program has been carefully designed to support those who wish to develop and sustain an enduring meditation practice. In particular, we will study the Lamrim a system known as Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.

May 19th:  The Supreme Good Heart – Wishes for the World (What the World Needs Now)

May 26th:  Being a Friend to the World: The Practice of Giving (Giving with No Strings Attached)

Sundays: On-Going Classes

What to expect at a class: the class includes an initial guided breathing meditation, a talk on a Buddhist topic, and a concluding guided meditation on the topic and time for Q&A.

Each class is available by drop in and is self contained. No prior meditation experience necessary. Everyone is Welcome!
