This retreat will be taught by our teacher at KMC Boston and will be a special opportunity for our local Boston community to have an away retreat to take the teachings deeper and gain more experience in our meditation practice.
In the fast pace of our work and personal lives our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind. This weekend retreat gives us a chance to truly relax, by restoring our focus on what’s important. Empowered, we will re-enter our daily life with a confident ability to take on life’s difficulties with a balanced mind.
