MARCH MADNESS: OVERCOMING ANGER
Enough of the madness!
Anger clouds our mind, making us unhappy, interfering in our relationships and love towards others, and even making it hard to sleep! This meditation workshop will provide ways to honor ourselves and our feelings, while still strongly overcoming our own anger. The benefits of this will be an increased inner strength, an ability to stand up to problems from a balanced place, and the capacity to remain at peace even amidst the difficulties of life.
Resident Teacher Kadam Kyle will allow plenty of time to explore how to use these methods so each participant can go home feeling sure they can integrate these practices into their busy life.
The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Two guided meditations per session, included. Everyone is welcome!
