Sound familiar?
In the face of never ending challenging situations, ranging from economic uncertainty, health concerns , to societal unrest, and more, it is not unusual to feel that you are hitting a wall. Many of us have found ourselves running out of emotional energy and feeling burnt out.
This course will provide meditations and techniques for healing and recovering our mental well-being in difficult times, and offer encouragement for how to fortify ourselves internally in the face of adversity. As a result, you will leave feeling confident knowing how to deal with strong emotions, kindly and gently encounter feelings of fear and pain, and ultimately reach a place of inner peace through meditation practice.
