You don’t have to be a Buddhist to gain benefits from Buddhist meditation. You simply take the teachings and meditations to whatever level is suitable for you and apply them to your life. Through doing this, you will notice your stress and anxiety will decrease, your confidence and sense of well-being will grow, and you will transform into a more compassionate force for good in your personal life and the world as a whole.
This class will provide an introduction to the basics of Buddhism and how to use these essential tenets to bring about these positive changes.
