A silent tranquil abiding retreat provides you with a special opportunity to enhance the quality of your meditation practice. Tranquil abiding is a superior state of peace that arises through training in meditation gradually stage by stage. Through training in mindfulness to access deeper levels of concentration, you can overcome your distractions and create powerful causes to experience deep and lasting inner peace and contentment.
Even those who are new to meditation can experience profound results from applying the techniques we will practice during this retreat. Everyone welcome!

4 Session Tranquil Abiding Silent Retreat:
Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 10am / 10:30 - 11:30am / 12:30 - 1:30pm / 2 - 3pm.
