
In this half-day course, SMC Resident Teacher, Gerry Donovan, will give teachings and simple meditation practices to help us develop the powerful mind of patience. Developing the mind of patience enables us to happily accept all the frustrated desires and unwanted occurrences we experience in everyday life, pacifying our anger in the process. The positive power of patience will also increase our ability to be there for others; in many ways, it will make our life happier and more meaningful.
During this half-day day course, participants will begin to understand what patient acceptance really is and how to remain calm and relaxed in even the most challenging situations.
