Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety, or are simply overwhelmed by the stresses and demands of everyday life. We show a good face externally, but inside things can be challenging. Gen Khedrub will explain share practical mindfulness methods, meditations, and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s timeless teachings.
