Meditation For Busy People

Learn how to use what little time we have to meditate to the greatest effect and how we can apply meditation “on the move’ during the course of our busy daily lives.
Buddhist teacher, Kadam Kyle Davis, will guide us in powerful meditations and we will learn how, without changing our outer life, we can follow a simple but powerful path of meditation that leads to real peace of mind and true lasting happiness.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators. Everyone welcome!
For our Newton classes we join in partnership with Newton Community Education, at Newton North High School (see below for more info and directions). Each class will consist of a short talk and two guided meditations, with time for questions during or following.
