Abide in an ocean of compassion. This “Anchored in Compassion” retreat will give participants the space to deeply and profoundly taste the bliss of compassion that comes through meditation practice. Going on retreat allows the mind to become unusually clear and lucid so one can immerse themselves in meditation practice in a far more effective manner.
Over two sessions, there will be guidance given on the meditations on compassion, essential teachings on how to focus and deal with distractions, and plenty of time to really enjoy meditation.
Everyone is welcome, both beginners and experienced practitioners alike!
