Take a journey into the inner world of your mind and awaken your loving nature. On a retreat, we quiet external activity so we can tap into the power and love that resides within each and everyone of us. This two-day, guided retreat within the city will give us an opportunity to improve our ability to meditate, enhance our concentration and focus, and attain a more tranquil, still state. This will help us with our problems, reduce anxiety and stress, and provide a sense of confidence and encouragement from finding happiness within ourselves.
We will emphasize silence within this retreat to help aid our training in meditation and opposing distractions.
