In this short, introductory class we will learn how to meditate and gain control of our own mind, so that we can let go of unhappiness, stress and tension. With practice we will develop a stable sense of inner peace and well being that will remain with us in everything we think, say and do.
The course is suitable for everyone, especially beginners. It will include guided meditations and advice for a happy, healthy life. Everyone is welcome!
