The past haunts so many of us, and it’s easy to feel bogged down in things we should or shouldn’t have done, our history and how people have treated us long ago, and deeply ingrained, painful versions of ourselves that we have cultivated over many years.
Buddhist teachings offer precise, gentle, but impactful, practical methods for learning to acknowledge our past, and move into an empowered, healed, and confident stage of our life. This workshop, led by Resident Teacher Kadam Kyle, will allow plenty of time to explore how to use these methods so each participant can go home feeling sure they can integrate these practices into their busy life.
The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Two guided meditations per session, included. Everyone is welcome!
