This helps our family, friends, and our world. Come learn the essentials on how to meditate, how to improve our meditation practice, and how to regularly find time to meditate within your life.
Buddhist Teacher Diane Parent will allow plenty of time to explore how to use these methods so each participant can go home feeling sure they can integrate these practices into their busy life.
