This workshop is designed to help people start off 2019 with all the tools needed to build and sustain a strong meditation practice, one that will bring about lasting change in terms of our ability to withstand the challenges of life, and to maintain a peaceful mind through the most difficult of situations.
In this workshop, we will look at mental habits and ways of thinking which limit our ability to change. We will start the work of undoing these minds and replacing them with positive ways of thinking.
