Bad habits make us unhappy, unhealthy and destroy our relationships and sense of self worth. In this half-day retreat Kadam Kyle Davis will explain the negative mental patterns that keep us compulsively engaging in negative behaviours that harm ourself and others. Through understanding Buddha’s teachings, we can gain confidence in our potential to change. We can then replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace and happiness.
