Become a meditator in the New Year. Through engaging in this half-day meditation workshop, learn the basics of meditation, how to enhance your joy in your own meditation practice, and how to make meditation really “work” for you to find a place of quiet, calm, and happiness. This workshop will allow the participants to experientially explore the essentials to meditation through the lens of meditation on love and compassion, which are both accessible topics to meditate on and incredibly powerful!
